The Company

Our client, a company in the advertising sector, is currently seeking a Finance Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role involves overseeing accounting and reporting for the holding company in Asia, including managing full sets of accounts, month-end closing, and statutory accounts. Responsibilities also include handling debit/credit notes, processing staff claims and suppliers' invoices, reviewing timesheets, preparing management fee recharges, and maintaining monthly expense schedules, fixed asset registers, and bank reconciliations. Additionally, the position involves treasury reporting, preparing tax returns, assisting with withholding tax matters, conducting variance analyses, and reporting to HQ. The role also entails reconciling inter-company balances, coordinating with external auditors for statutory audits, liaising with related parties for management fee settlements, collaborating with tax advisers for tax computations, supporting budgeting and reforecasting processes, and assisting with accounting-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Your Profile

You should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent, with prior experience in performing full sets of accounts. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with vendors.
