Currently, they are seeking a dynamic Technology Project Manager to join their team in Singapore.


The Role

As the Technology Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of Web 3.0 projects, ensuring that the team meets the timelines and budgets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project objectives and strategies. You will create project plans, monitor progress, and tackle challenges proactively. Clear communication of project updates to stakeholders will be essential. You'll also cultivate a collaborative team environment, stay informed about Web 3.0 trends, offer expertise to both internal and external partners, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and represent the company at industry events.


Your Profile

You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (PMP certification or equivalent is desirable), coupled with a minimum of 7 years' experience in project management. A comprehensive understanding of Web 3.0 technologies is essential, including blockchain principles, decentralized networks, smart contracts, and token economics. The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial. Proficiency in various project management methodologies, along with strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills, is required to align teams toward common goals. Demonstrated success in managing complex technology projects from initiation to completion, achieving exceptional results within designated timelines and budgets, is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to continuous improvement, are necessary attributes. You have experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
