The Company

As a market leader in medical devices and equipment, our client is experiencing explosive growth in Southeast Asia. To fuel this expansion, they seek a dynamic FP&A Manager to join their passionate team.

The Role

Own the region's finance operation. Assume full P&L accountability and orchestrate the entire financial cycle, from crafting budgets and forecasts to delivering insightful monthly reports. You'll be the strategic partner to the commercial team, supporting pricing decisions and analyzing margins to safeguard profitability.

Your financial modeling and analysis prowess will provide invaluable support for acquisitions, long-term contracts, and ad hoc projects. Develop strategic long-term financial plans and implement performance reporting processes to ensure all objectives are met.

Your Profile

As a qualified candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the follow related experiences:

• At least 10 years of P&L FP&A or revenue analysis expertise to the table.
• Experience leading a team in the last 3 years.
• Collaborate effectively with commercial teams to optimize sales, margins, and profitability.
• Passionate about communicating financial data clearly and engagingly to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Oracle and Hyperion Essbase is preferred but it's not essential.
