Our client, a global company in the services sector, is currently looking for an accounts executive to join their dynamic team.


The Role

The Accounts Receivable duties entail reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, overseeing collections, updating daily collections to the sales team and systems, communicating with the sales team regarding overdue collections, and reviewing and updating the AR Ageing report. Additionally, responsibilities in General Accounting and Finance include preparing and posting monthly manual sales and cost entries, journal preparation for month-end and year-end, balance sheet reconciliation, bank receipt reconciliation, assisting in credit card reconciliation, maintaining documentation filing, aiding in financial report preparation, including management and sales reports, preparing weekly cash flow reports, assisting in budgeting and forecasting, supporting with statutory audit and tax requirements, covering AP function in the absence of colleagues, and undertaking other finance, HR, and administrative duties as assigned, including ad-hoc tasks.


Your Profile

You should possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with some relevant experience in accounts receivable. You are expected to have good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with clients.
