arranged and paid for parcel pick up in jan, no one from courex came. i called, messaged and emailed several times yet no one bothered to follow up. very irresponsible service!

Poor worker treatment. Delayed payout from their Accounts Department. Payout is always due on the 15th of the next month. During the payout day recently, Courex gave me a No-reply email claiming that there were errors depositing into the bank account and transaction would be done the next day. The next day onwards, no follow-ups! Emailed the company the next day and a 24hr follow-up was guaranteed. Guess what? Nothing came after >48hrs. Called the customer service hotline and it was mentioned that the Accounts Department was on leave. No follow-ups again! Guess I would have to stress the company further with more calls for the next few days. Imagine if you don't rush them...I bet they will not even care about your pay or act like they have forgotten!! If you're working here, be aware.

Arranged for an item to be picked up on Fri however didn't turn up and was told it will be Mon morning. Sent an email when the thing still laying on table at Monday 10am. I was informed the thing will only be pick up on Tue instead due to some operational issue on their ends. This is totally unacceptable!

Tell me by sms item will be delivered by 10pm. Nothing heard. Then received another sms at 1247am said attempted delivery failed... somebody was home the whole time.... wtf... is this a common tactic amongst courier companies?

Very bad experience. It took 4 days to deliver within SG. btw, am I in 2015?
