Prof Zhang is very fierce and do not have compassion towards patients. He always scolded me whenever I used a wrong Chinese word to describe my illness. Also, the fees are extremely high. Unless you are very rich, I do not recommend you to go there to get treatment. People says he is good, but after spending about 1.3k over there, I do not see any improvement at all. They are very profit centred - selling medical treatment instead of really treating patient with a good intention. >;(

We would like to get in touch with Ms Vanessa, regarding her grievances, so that we can have a chance of clearing things up.
Firstly, our herbs are expensive, because, we order them everyday, we do not order a big batch with cheap discounts, as our local weather can be very hot and humid at times. If the prescription comes with an expensive herb,eg. american wild ginseng, then obviously the cost would be high, as the wild ginseng come from America and they are pure wild, we don't mix them with cultivated ones, as many other places do, so their costs is low.
Secondly, we are not any ordinary tcm clinic/shop, we treat very difficult cases,eg. we have patients who are comatose, and are responsive and can communicate with friends and family now, obviously, the family have faith in the Professor and stuck with the treatment, and the cost , I would say is very high, because, for the treatment to be effective, the cost of medicine is one factor and the other is the communication with the physician. If the physician asks the family or the patient regarding the symptoms the patient experiences, under such circumstances, if the family or the patient is unsure, then it would be difficult for the physician to pinpoint the root of the problem in his prescription. It would be because of this communication difficulty, that the sometimes the Professor might get upset , as he is not getting the information he needs.
We understand that the general public, do not understand how tcm actually works, so let me give a brief idea.(1) When a pysician reads your pulse, he has to ask you questions, pertaining to your symptoms in order to confirm what your pulse is telling him,(1) he will look at your tougue coloration topside and underside, this again he has to confirm ,what your body is telling him,by asking you questions again. So if you are unsure or very vague , he cannot give you the prescription that addresses your problem. For example, he might ask you a simple question, like the color of your urine, sometimes people, don't even know....this is a basic requirement in tcm. I could go on and on...
