I have visited this TCM clinic for past 4 years. Each time I visit, there were always many other return patients. Many come with family or friends who are also repeat patients. The practitioner is very well qualified and prosessional, with a calm and focussed demeanour. however there were occasions when I witness rude, self-entitled visitors who insisted on treatment pass registration time. One even challenged the clinic assistant to call police which she did.

My first encounter with TCM was in this practise. Clinician was rude and very unethical. Began raising his voice within first minute of consultation, had not bothered to conduct any form of intake, showed me a stack of client names whom he had rejected for they were allegedly 'stubborn'. Through the process, I kept my patience as it was with utmost sincerity to obtain an eastern perspective of a longstanding condition. Well, Mr Lim chased me out as soon as I told him it was uncomfortable to be lying with my head tilted sideways. Administrator maintained expressionless through the entire event.

Never ever attempt treatment in this practice.
