Terrible terrible customer service. A dishonest business, trying to cheat.

1) They promised a pickup time but changed at the last minute. Fine. I let them choose the time. But they did not appear at the agreed time. I had to call them and ask them what happened. They said, “sorry, my driver was angry and went back home.” Was that even my concern? Shouldn’t they at least let me know instead of making me wait? Changed time again.

2) After coming to pick up the curtains, they sent me sms about the price. They quoted DOUBLE the amount ($10/kg) as compared to their website ($5/kg)!!! I questioned them, and they said that curtains need drycleaning. So I told him that he should have told me first before proceeding. Then I checked the website for their drycleaning prices and it was only $7. I asked him to clarify, then he gave me “discount” at $8/kg, which is still higher.

3) The person on the other line spoke with very poor English and was very defensive. In fact, he was shouting at me, half the time. I controlled my anger as he had my curtains and could potentially destroy it. So I told him, “whatever, just return my curtains.”
Terribly terribly disappointed, and disgusted by this company, who cheats customers and behaves like a gangster, scaring their customers into accepting. Avoid at all cost!

Dishonest store. The curtains only weights 3kg but was going to charge 10 kg for it. When we questioned the person refused the weight it. When pressed further the weight came up to be less than 3kgs and we were shouted at.
