Wee Wee Laundry Service - Singapore

Wee wee laundry is the worst laundry service that I've ever experienced... First, it was agreed that they come & collect at my place on 1-dec before noon and then no one came and kept calling & SMS the manager, mr wang. Never answer and no reply... Then a collection guy came at 8pm at night. I contain my anger & try to be understanding, still give it to him and give him the business.
The return supposed to be 8-dec, guess what, till today never return. I have called & SMS so many many times, no answer, no replies or a few times answer, promise to check the status and update... NO NEWS!!!! Called the company and the staff said that to check with the boss who is Mr. Wang.. OMG... He's the boss... Is the same mobile number posted on their website!!!!
There are many precious dresses in that pack and some are expensive and with sentimental values... I can't tolerate anymore and so sent an sms to the boss. Told him off, saying how unprofessional Wee Wee is... Told him I am going to CASE if he don't return by 20-Jan. told him to give me a date & time. He finally reply but doesn't even apologise and gave excuse saying that his staff tried to contact me on 8-dec but to no avail... Big liar- There was no call/sms at all... Then he said will send back on 16-Jan from 3-5pm.... Had already told him before when I enquire on this laundry business regarding the collection/delivery timing as I am not around on weekdays due to work... I sms him telling that he is very unpro and simply select a time of his convenience which I had stressed before commiting this service. Money paid, clothes not returned.. Worst is paid hundred over for anger....
I then search online on this company and saw negative remarks too.. haiz.. damn unlucky… I don’t know if I will get my clothes back but I just so angry and decided to post online on anywhere possible to share this super terrible experience…
