Engaged them 3 months ahead to have a confinement nanny. 2 days before the nanny was supposed to arrive, Mrs May, owner, told me nanny is sick and not comfortable working for us as she is not sure she will be able to cook..and this is only after I texted her to ask for n’a updated so not even been pro-active. I told her I’m in Depp S..t as I have 2 kids and my suffering from her surgery and slip into depression..below was her answer

So she was trying to use my grief to extract more money. I decided to end the saga and ask her for my deposit which was only refunded 1 month later. This is lady in unprofessional and unethical and limit a thief. NEVER USE THIS AGENCY
