Komoco Holdings Pte Ltd is a multi-franchise group of companies that prides itself for being a wholly-owned leading private local automotive company. single shareholder for HR Owen PLC in the United Kingdom from 1993 to 1998. In 2004, Mercedes Benz (Malaysia) appointed Komoco Holdings for a dealership at Jalan Bendahara in Malacca, which was established in September 2003. On 1st April 2010, our Group was granted a dealership in Ferrari and Maserati for the Primary Marketing Area of Shanghai. We opened two showrooms, one at Pudong in Century Avenue and the other at Puxi in Nanjing Road West, with a 3S workshop in Caobao Road. It is now almost three decades that the Komoco Group has retailed vehicles successfully for their manufacturers, consolidating its reputation as one of Singapore’s leading car companies.
