Fitness Ration didn’t exactly started out as how it is today. A group of 4 friends started out with the usual problem-solution, facing troubles preparing meals that will complement their workout routines. So the solution was to come up with a convenient way to provide fitness meals. The question was how? How do we cater to a million busy, time-conscious, healthy-oriented foodies?
After months of intensive research, surveys, consulting, taste testing, and speaking to family and friends, the idea of a legitimate frozen fitness meal service was born. A far cry from our mere, raw idea of a meal prep service. We had our first official product in early 2015.
