The Motivation Company is a young and vibrant body set up in to inculcate academic as well as raise the motivational values among Singapore students. The unique part of us is that we work with the various tuition centers as well as Community Centers in Singapore thus giving them recognition as well as a value added accolades to increase student ratio as well as quality service.

It was 2012 and that was when Surya started giving tuition and was assimilated into various established tuition centers. He was an academic teacher and his students loved and listened attentively whenever he starts talking to them about life, success and academic excellence. His workshops were so fanatical that it became a yearly event for the students and then he thought why not help other tuition centers to increase their productivity as well as educate and motivate students all around Singapore. He together with a business partner thus set up TMC to help motivate tuition center kids academically, mentally and socially to make them better students and better citizens. He has been highly sought after by many tuition centers to provide motivational workshops and seminars.

At TMC, we cater for numerous children' educational needs and provide the best course of work. We value our clients and provide the best for them.
