Reviews of JL Concepts - Singapore

I contacted Daniel from JL concepts and arranged to meet so he could show me some samples of carpet. 15 minutes before the scheduled meeting he told me he did not have the sample for the particular carpet that I have sent pic to him and left it at that. I had to ask him whether he was coming to show me other samples. He said "No". After that he whatsapp me "will check my warehouse". Obviously he was not prepared for the meeting! I suggested 2 time slots 3pm OR 4pm for the next appointment which was on Friday. His reply was "ok sure" (!?!! ok sure to which one???) Subsequently, he cancelled another appointment and wanted to meet on the suggested Friday however I have filled the time slots with meetings. He then argued with me that he has confirmed the meeting with me by his reply "ok sure" (!!?!) When I addressed the communication issue with this Daniel, his reply was "it does not matter anymore since we are not doing business with each other!!! His communication was done in the half ass manner, his conduct was very unprofessional, he was lousy at doing sale and terrible at customer service. I called the company 2 times as I wanted to give them my feedback but he was the one who answered the phone on both times. Not sure if he is the 1 man show /owner. I spent 2 weeks going back and forth with him and still I have not seen any sample from him yet. What I have seen is how terrible the service is.
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. They will waste your time, argue nonsense with you in the retardedness manner. Very terrible and unprofessional service!
