I had an system 4 unit install 3 years ago, now the aircon trunking condense a lot of water.
I start using other aircon servicing company and when they start explaining then I realise it was because of very very poor workmanship in the installation.
What was causing the condensation was - 2 copper pipes run within one thermal insulation, insulation is not the standard 3/8 inches, thermal insulation was pretty thin. Between wall peneration the copper pipe was bare with any thermal insulation. Now have to get all piping replace..

Book a service with them last week. CS told servicing slot are fully booking but will try their best to slot in for me. After 15min, they ring me & told able slot in last servicing session between 4-6pm. Their servicmen were very efficient and knowledgeable. Learn a stuff or two from them too.. Very clean too..Already sign up servicing contract from them. Good service

Hi everyone, just want to share my parents's new aircon installed by CT. Their Mitsubishi aircon for 3 bedroom $2695 promo price. They told now special promo with free upgrade 3 unit blower from 9000btu to ********btu without top up any amount. For others brand aircon need top up $100 for each blower. 3 Technician come early 20min and suggest my parents the blower where to put and discuss the aircon pipe how to run where to go. We are satisfied and happy these kind of service provided by CT.

隔一天，就安排了技术人员来我們家安装空调。技术人员很有耐性地回答我们的疑问。包括如何保养新空调和多久需要清洗空调。

空调使用了一个星期多了， 空调好冷又安静。

我們都非常开心。

The servicemen from CT Air-Con were professional, they patiently suggested chemical overhaul for the air conditioner and changed for us the capacitor. Good job / well done & keep it up!!!

I browsed a few aircon contractors but finally chose CT Air-Con.I must say the person-in-charge is very committed in providing the best services ever. He is very polite (unlike some others who will come into the house and talk rudely to the owner) and that makes me feel very comfortable! And the most amazing thing is that: price is great, cheaper than i expected...what more can i ask for??!!

Not reliable. Last minute changes. Their consultants are too busy to answer our calls and inquiries.
Advertised on their website that so many free items would be given if we buy an aircon, but nothing is given in the end.
