Just Relax Laundry - Singapore

1st time sent back linen items without ironing and laundry tag stapled onto linen. 2nd time not acceptable, sent back white linen items with pink runs all over. Went to shop. They escalated over 4 "person in charge" over these items, and all they could say is they will try to remove the pink runs off these new white linen items and if it doesnt work, they are not in the position to make decision. They cannot tell me what the mgmt name is and how I can reach him or her. Prior to going to the shop, the customer service over the phone also told me I just need to go down before 4pm and also refused to tell me who I should speak to. If you have precious items, do not send to this shop cos when something happens, you can speak to 5 people and repeat your story 5 times and still nobody is in charge.
