I purchased 2 nos of Heal Lamps from Millenia Walk store on 25th May from a lady sales staff. I self collected it and when I was going to install the lamps in my home there were several parts missing from the lamp.
Friday evening, I returned to the store with the installation diagram which indicated the marked out missing parts to the sales staff. She promised to call me on Monday as the office was now closed and she could not get an answer whether she could replace the parts.
Till today, I have not received any call from her or her company to help solve this problem.
