Reviews of HS International Pte. Ltd. - Singapore

I booked my cargo(personal effects) through HS International to be shipped from Singapore to Bangalore,India. I am thouroughly dissapointed with the services, mainly of their counterpart in Bangalore India, as they were the most Unprofessional people and company I have ever come across, the counterpart is Penanshin India shipping, several times I asked the Manager at HS International Mr Ray on the credibility of their counterpart in India, and I was repeatedly assured that they would be good. They seem to sub let every function to other people. it took my goods more than 1 1/2 month to reach, plus the cargo was being delivered at almost midnight, with no respect to other poeple's time and space. I had to face embarrrasing moments with my neighbours at the mid night hour, this having requested the handling company that goods should be delivered at a decent time, I was made to wait from 2PM in the afternoon until 11PM at night. I would not recommend this company at all, atleast to ship to India and particularly to Bangalore, and if any other place please check what they say.
