Tried calling the IMM number multiple times to enquire about a faulty oven just purchased. Wanted to find out if electrical items can be tested in store before payment.
Heard a male voice answering the call, but the recorded message interjected and asked to key in '8' to leave a msg. However, once I keyed in '8', the line gets cut off automatically. Unable to reach any customer service personnel at all.
