Procedure: You send the the cost of issuing the BG to any solicitor of your choice, who is registered with the Law Society of England, who will hold this sum in a statutory or non-statutory trust client bank account. Meanwhile BG will be issued to your bank. Once your bank receives and confirms the validity of the BG, you will then instruct the solicitor to release the payment to us. This BG can also be monetized for usage of funds in various projects located anywhere in the world.
