This training course focuses on Psychometric Testing for the Workplace and hence very relevant to Human Resources and allied professionals. Learners will be taught how to evaluate and therefore choose psychometric tests, how to administer, score and interpret them, and how to use psychometric tests in the decision-making process.
After successful completion of the course, you will be qualified to order, administer, score, interpret and feedback on a complete range of ability and aptitude tests as well as multiple personality inventories.
Successful delegates will also be able to apply for the British Psychological Society's (BPS) RQTU Certification and the European Federation of Psychologists’ Associations (EFPA) Level 2 Test User Certificate. This means the holder will be recognized internationally as having trained to the highest levels in the practical application of Psychometric Tests.
