The Company

Our client is one of the largest Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager across Asia Pacific with their headquarter in Singapore and has close to two decade long of track record since they were founded.

The Role

The ideal candidate is expected to front the portfolio management activities, assist with variance analysis and performance projections, construct various report periodically, engage in property budget and strategic planning, valuations, lease management, capex and asset enhancement initiatives, collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, assist with underwriting of new investment opportunities and transaction support as well as preparing memorandums.

Your Profile

We look forward to meeting candidates who are passionate to build a career within the real estate sector, is a self-starter and is able to work independently, preferably experience in portfolio monitoring for real estate or private equity real estate.
