We met Bobby and Esther many years ago, my son called him’ Bobby the builder’, we found him friendly and very professional at the same time, and the price he quoted was very competitive as well.
We then engaged him to build a kitchen and a study room. We have not had any problem ever since, not even a light bulb failure, the work he did for us was 1st class????.

Bobby's deep expertise in building landed properties and regulatory issues allowed us to maximise our build up area by 15% as compared to other designs. Throughout the build, we received constant progress updates and Bobby's team was flexible to incorporate last minute changes. Their ability to integrate design, architecture, QS and building services meant we only had one point of contact that was accountable and dependable to resolve any problem. Even after completion, Bobby remained committed to correct issues.

Bobby is very prompt and knowledgeable. While we were looking for our house, Bobby has been very helpful, assisted and provided many useful and excellent tips, 3D ideas, pros and cons about the house we are interested.

For our project, it took about 13 months to complete. Bobby and his team update us our house progress regularly (with pictures) from beginning till TOP. They work expeditiously and does not compromise quality. It has been 3 years since we moved in, Bobby and his team continues to support us even till today such as electrical, patching, leaking works. His professionalism and attention to details are commendable. A builder you can trust!

I've engaged B&E to reconstruct my house in 2018. We tore down the old house and rebuilt it with an extension to the original structure. While other builders required us to put a deposit down first. Bobby and his team came up with the floorplan and the artistic pictures of the future house even before we signed the contract. Once we agreed on the price, work was commenced immediately. In 14 months our new house was built and it feels like living in a GCB. After living in it for 2 years, it still looks fantastic. As with every new house, there are always hiccups but Bobby's workers always respond to fix it. Bobby and his wife Esther who is also his Quantity Surveyor works well with a team of Architects and Interior Designers. His material used is top notch and he doesn't compromise on quality. His work includes a 5 year warranty on the house which made this a decisive choice in engaging him as my builder. He is a builder you can count on to get the job done.

Bobby and his team are highly dependable. Bobby himself is very responsive and accessible. Many of his team members have been with him for several years. We did a 6 month major renovation project for our bought out landed home. Bobby was flexible to accommodate ideas, inputs, and design considerations and changes along the way. He also moves fast, and gets things done quickly. Very important factor for us was the post completion and handover support. It is normal to expect some periodic (as needed) fixes like water leaks due to contraction/expansion of walls, and electrical work etc., Bobby and his team have supported well during this post completion warranty period. This is an important aspect of renovation.
