Biography

"Life is not merely to be alive, but to be well" - Marcus Valerius Martial

I am a nutritionist and wellness coach. My mission is to change lives of people around me to reach their peak potential through optimum health. In our urban lifestyle, many forget about their most important asset - their health. Without health, you cannot achieve happiness. Health is the basic building block that one must have to be their best and to perform at their peak.

I was previously from the corporate line. I graduated with a double degree in Finance and Law and was called to the Malaysian Bar. I subsequently worked in an investment bank. I soon learned that my true callling was in wellness and furthered my studies and earned my third degree in Holistic Nutrition. I went on to equip myself with a fitness certification from the International Sports Science Association. I also became a certified hypnotherapist, a certified Time Line Therapy practitioner and a certified practitioner in neuro linguistics. I am also a MasterClass Trainer.

Health should not be complex. Too much information from the media, internet and books cloud the true issues that people face. I believe in simplicity that works. The most important aspect of health and wellness is effectiveness. One can have the best program in the world but it is not sustainable then it will not work. I believe in taking baby steps. With the proper foundation and the correct motivation, everyone can achieve the body of their dreams.
