This was time-consuming for the residents who are living nearby the Sembawang Crescent due to a lack of cashiers.
This is a required improvement for the additional cashier counter & self kiosk counter open in the morning at the Sembawang Crescent branch (Blk 361). Most of every morning, it is always full of people is queuing up for payment and only two cashier counter is opening out of 4 counters. Was being told by the staff the reason for two self-kiosk counters is not open every morning is because this Sembawang branch does not have sufficient manpower resource.
Wondering the purpose to have two self-kiosk counters but not open every morning due to lack of manpower.
