Resveratrol is a polyphenol found in grape skin with strong anti-cancer and anti-aging properties.

Resveratrol interferes with all three stages of cancer development – initiation, promotion and progression. It has been shown to prevent breast cancer growth in mice and also reverse the resistance of breast cancer cells to treatment drugs. It protects heart, skin and nerve cells against degeneration.
