The Company

Our client is a leading FMCG MNC as one of the outstanding market leaders for the past 50 years. They have grown Singapore as the regional HQ in the APAC region and they are currently recruiting for a strategic Commercial Finance Director to drive regional business partnering and strategy planning for the region.


The Role

Reporting to Global CFO, you will be leading the regional finance and overlooking the regional business unit and acting as the main finance business partner to drive both financial planning and strategic planning for commercial activities. You will be highly involved in the 5 year strategy planning and growing roadmap, pricing structuring of the products and work closely with the regional sales and marketing team, regional operational head and external vendors as a key business partner. On top of which, you will be playing a team leadership role with leading team of 5-10 headcount in the region. Ad-hoc projects will be also involved to drive business expansion activities.


Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must:
  • Hold a degree in Finance/Business/Accounting etc and at least 15-20 years of working experience
  • Have relevant industry expsoure (F&B/FMCG/Retail/Luxury Retail)
  • Regional business partnering exposure is a must
  • Possess the capability to work in matrix environment and partnering with various functions in remote locations.
  • Being a good team leader with strong communication skills to drive business partnering
  • Data analysis skills will be an added advantage
