Job vacancy FP&A Manager (Energy)

The Company

Join an established multi-billion European MNC with global presence. Due to evolving business needs, they are actively recruiting for a Regional FP&A Manager to be part of the growing team.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director and managing a team, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, driving the budgeting and forecasting process for all the local entities, prepare monthly management reporting packs to analyze actual performance against budget and estimated outlook of operating entities. Develop reports and dashboards which include KPI analysis to support business decision making. Obtain dividend payout forecasts from operating entities and track actual payouts against these forecasts. Coordinate and consolidate legal, tax and insurance claims to ensure all provisions are properly accounted for and reported. Review project scenario changes and report operating entities' project financials. Monitor free cash flow to measure and focus on operating entities. Lead and coordinate improvement efforts to continuously improve division and operating entities' financial reporting and analysis processes. Monitor capital expenditure and track the capex against budget / spend forecast by working closely with Operations teams to optimize free cash flow. Finally, to be the Division's subject matter expert for consolidation and reporting system and management reports. To coach, develop and lead the team in a positive manner to adapt to changes in line with the corporate vision.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must be a Chartered Accountant and have a Degree in Accountancy with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a FP&A role with infrastructure-based industries. It is essential to be a proficient user of Excel and other data analytics tools. We are looking for an analytical, resourceful, and result oriented FP&A Manager with excellent leadership and communication skills.
