Our client, a venture capital firm in the financial services industry, is looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join their team.
You will be providing full secretarial support to a senior executive. Some of the responsibilities include calendar management, coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, handling expense claims, preparing meeting agendas and presentations etc. You will also be responsible for general office management duties such as attending to visitors, upkeeping of the office, organizing events and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
You should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience. To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive, a good team player, a self-starter, have good attention to detail, good communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
