Job vacancy Regional Consultant - MS Dynamics (Retail MNC)

Our client is a renowned retail MNC which is seeking for a techno functional Consultant MS Dynamics, reporting to the IT Director. This role requires solid knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 retail modules with technical hardware/ application experience and the ability to translate knowledge into viable POS solution.

As a techno functional Consultant, you are accountable for supporting all business units with AX / D365 related matters and providing solutions for the prioritization of change requests and post-support. The technical aspect of the scope requires you to perform configurations, sharing customization requirements with the technical team, writing technical descriptions, fixing code for bugs, data fixes and unit testing of code. The functional aspect of the scope requires you to partner with the ERP Architect on regional ERP post-support and implementation for their business units such as Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, Omni-channel, gather business requirements, support end users and making sure that the business establish a complete solution that meets their business needs.

You must possess a University Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Microsoft ERP products such as Navision, AX 2012 or D365, X++ development, Azure DevOps, solid experience in full life cycle implementations, hands-on experience on integrations and 2 years minimum experience in the retail sector. Having Agile methodology and JIRA experience are desirable. Solid interpersonal and communication skills are required to succeed in this role.
