Job vacancy Assistant Manager, Investor Relations

Our client is a listed and one of leading real estate developers with a global presence. They are currently looking for an experienced Investor Relations expert to join them in Singapore.

A member of Corporate Marketing and Investor Relations team, reporting to Senior Manager. You will be responsible for managing annual reports, shareholder circulars, earnings announcements, and other company announcements. You will plan and execute general meetings and investor relations events. You will lead the production of annual sustainability report in accordance with SGX requirements, and coordinate ESG initiatives. You will also involve corporate marketing and media relations such as drafting and disseminating media releases, supporting for internal and external communication matters.

You should have minimum 5 years of investor relations/public relations/marketing experience from listed companies. You have excellent communications skills, writing and presentation skills. You have knowledge in sustainability reporting, marketing strategies, public and media relations and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
