Job vacancy FP&A Manager (Food Technology)

The Company

Our client is a fast growing organization within the food technology industry and as they continue to expand their presence, they are seeking a FP&A Manager for Asia.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director based in Europe, you will oversee the FP&A and business partnering function for the APAC region. You will be responsible for supporting the commercial and leadership team in strategic decision making, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies and looking at customer profitability. You will also lead the development of short and long term financial models with a focus on P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow as well as tracking key investments and performance metrics.

You will also have the opportunity to lead in driving continuous improvement for all financial planning processes to ensure accuracy of the budgeting and forecasting as well as other cross functional initiatives. You will be working alongside a counterpart overseeing all accounting and reporting matters and may be required to provide occasional support as necessary.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 5 to 8 years of FP&A experience within the FMCG or consumer product industry
• Proven experience in partnering with the commercial business will be essential
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and proficiency with visualization tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be proactive, hands-on and resourceful is a must
• Prior external audit exposure in a Big 4 firm will be ideal but not a must.
