Job vacancy Head of Operations

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge digital securities exchange platform that is at the forefront of the market, and they are constantly evolving through innovation to be ahead of competition.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the team to ensure operations is working smoothly to support the business needs and meet regulatory compliance or reporting requirements. You will maintain operational stability and excellence including client onboarding, digital asset/securities token issuance, trading and custody, market surveillance, AML monitoring and operations reporting, in accordance with regulatory policy or guidelines.

You will provide direction in the strategic growth of the operations department and to achieve operational efficiency through enhanced controls. You will support the business with new business initiatives and facilitate new product launching with internal and external parties.

You should have the relevant experience of at least 15 years of business operations in the financial services sector and a track record in managing teams successfully. You should be detail oriented and have a solid understanding of the regulations. The ability to collaborate, solve problems and good stakeholder management are critical to succeed in this role.
