The Company

Our client is a reputable European Manufacturing MNC. As one of the industry leaders in the manufacturing sector, they have established global footprint over 10 countries globally and have grown rapidly into Asia, European, US regions. With further expansion of the Singapore team as well as increasing business needs, they are recruiting for a Regional FPA Manager to provide support in driving value through in-depth analysis, with strong business partnering and team management involvement.

The Role

Reporting to Regional Finance Controller, you will lead the FPA team of 2, and oversee the regional markets in the field of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, as well as sales reporting. You will be highly exposed to regional business partnering, driving budgeting and forecasting process across the markets by working closely with the sales directors and other functional heads within the region. On top of which, you will also be a key driver to implement various exciting projects and collaborate with various international and local stakeholders.

Your Profile

To be a successful candidate, you must have a qualified accountant, with min 8 years of working experience related in financial analysis sector. Experience working with regional market is highly preferred. Ideal candidates must have both external audit and commercial FPA background. Strong excel and SAP experiences are required. Additionally, you must demonstrate strong leadership and effective business partnership skills.
