A multinational company in the FMCG sector is looking to hire an HR Manager.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be tasked with full spectrum of HR duties such as administering policies, executing HR strategies, developing talents, leading talent review, planning talent acquisition strategies, defining rewards policy, managing grading system, and fostering a culture that is productive and open. You should also be involved in HR projects.
You should have a degree/diploma in Business Administration/Management/HRM with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the relevant capacity. Prior experience working in a multinational company is preferred. You should have strong communications skills and can work independently.
