Our client is a European FMCG MNC and they are seeking for a Finance Transformation Manager to support the finance department in their digital transformation journey.
Main Responsibilities
  • Leading the implementation and enhancement of BI tools
  • Building a data warehouse, in collaboration with IT teams. Defining local Master Data governance and ensuring data quality across finance tools
  • Participate in implementation of rolling forecast processes
  • Coordinate the finance transformation roadmap by setting a project management treatment by participating in steering and project committees
  • Participate in financial reporting processes and monitoring of the performance
  • Providing support to the business analysis team in relation to Group reporting procedures
Requirements
  • Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax regulations
  • Strong knowledge in Excel application
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methods
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
  • Proactive and engaging
