Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for both office management and secretarial duties. You will be tasked with handling day to day tasks such as ensuring office is running smoothly, attending to visitors, sorting out mails, handling expense claims, calendar management, travel arrangement, visa applications, as well as be involved with other related duties such as office renovation and office move, etc.Your Profile
You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in office management and/or secretarial functions. You should have good interpersonal and communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office. You should be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.Apply Today
