A US based multinational company is looking to hire a Personal Assistant / Office Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the President, you are responsible for providing general secretarial support for executives, travel management, office management and support all administrastive duties for the Singapore office. Other key duties include preparing expense reports, planning meetings, monitoring maintenance of office supplies, and assisting with seminar planning as needed.
Your Profile
You should have at least a diploma or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Personal Assistant / Office Administration role. You should be familiar with managing stakeholders in different time zones.
