Our client is a well-established French MNC that specializes in online advertising & marketing. They are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them for a contractual period of 6 months.
The Role
For this role, you will be attending to walk in clients, answering phone calls, handling mail and couriers, organizing company events, purchasing office supplies, liaising with landlords and other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Your Profile
You should have at least 'O' levels or equivalent, preferably with general office administrative experience. You should have good communication skills and are able to work independently.
