Our client, a start up in the financial services industry, is looking for an Administrative Executive to support them on office admin matters.
You will be tasked with the day-to-day office administrative matters and responsibilities include maintaining the office and pantry, liaise with relevant parties on facilities management, coordinate events such as team bonding activities, birthday celebrations, procurement of stationery materials, handling expense claims, attending to calls, managing courier, booking of meeting rooms, etc.
You should have at least 3 years of experience in the relevant capacity, are independent, resourceful, bring along with you good initiative, with good planning and time management skills and are a team player.
