Our client, in the financial services industry, is looking to hire a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support their growing team.
You will be managing the reception desk and responsibilities include office administration such as procurement of office equipment, attending to visitors, ensuring the cleanliness of office, meeting rooms and furniture, handling mail and couriers, ordering lunch, supporting the team with company events and any ad hoc related duties.
You should have a diploma in Business or any related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, are a team player, have good interpersonal and communications skills, have an eye for details and have good time management skills.
