Our client is an engineering company who has their office presence in Asia and are expanding. They are currently looking for an HR Assistant Manager to assist them with business partnering and HR operations functions.
This is a hybrid role which comprises of HR business partnering as well handling day to day HR operations. This role reports into the HRD and will be responsible in engaging internal stakeholders, reviewing and streamlining policies and processes, rolling out HR projects and/initiatives. The incumbent will be the "go to" person for all employees' queries, be involved in the full spectrum of HR function which includes recruitment, reviewing payroll, salary bench marking exercises, etc.
You should have a degree in HRM or its equivalent with a minimum of 8 years in the relevant capacity. You should have good understanding of the Employment Act, have a good sense of HR acumen, strong in stakeholder management, excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous as well as well organized. Prior knowledge in Timesoft will be advantageous.
