The Company
A well-established professional firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Executive to join them.

The Role

You will be tasked with the full spectrum of recruitment function including the following,

• Create a database of diverse talent pools
• Participate in candidate shortlisting, interviewing and selection process
• Coordinate the employment contract preparation and offer/negotiation process and address any queries
• Manage recruitment activities through the internal system
• Preparation of weekly recruitment report / dashboard
• Any other ad-hoc recruitment matters

Your Profile
You should have a Degree in HR or business administration with at least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a professional firm. You should be committed and dedicated, have excellent organization and communication skills.
