Job vacancy Accounts Executive (5 months contract)

The Company
A growing engineering and construction company is looking to hire an Accounts Executive for a contractual period of 5 months.

The Role
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be tasked with the following duties:

• Liaise with regional accountants to ensure proper and correct accounting transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and arrange financial support to the regional offices
• Bank reconciliations, monitoring of non-trade A/R and A/P and ensure timing collection
• Quarterly GST filing
• Assist in corporate and individual tax computation and filing
• To liaise with auditors and prepare supporting documents for year-end audit
• Month end closing, reports submission and ad-hoc assignment by the Accounting Manager

Your Profile
You should have a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Finance or its equivalent. Prior relevant experience in accounting would be preferred. Good organization skills and detail oriented are pre-requisites to have.
