Located in the South of Singapore, our client is a prominent brand in the FMCG industry, developing trusted brands, dedicated to providing the highest consumer satisfaction. This leading brand is currently in the search for an Personal Assistant to support the CEO in the Singapore office.

About the job
Reporting to the CEO directly, the role requires you to be someone who is organised, meticulous and demonstrates a positive attitude. Your role as a Personal Assistant requires you to:

  • Manage travel arrangements and calendar/ diary management
  • Manage and maintain CEO's personal properties and assets
  • Liaise with property agents, tenants and contractors
  • Manage and process office, pantry and personal purchases
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Handle expense reports and process invoices
  • Compile sensitive and confidential information for meetings
  • Conduct book keeping and minutes taking
  • Organise events and activities with relevant committees
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls

Skills and experience required
The ideal incumbent should possess:

  • At least 5 years of secretarial experience assisting senior executives in the property sector or in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Command of English and Chinese (Spoken and Written) (Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to converse and schedule appointments for English and Mandarin speaking clients.)
  • Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks / projects
  • Good organisational and time management skills

This role is well-suited for someone who loves to take on challenges and confident to undertake tasks independently, an excellent multi-tasker with strong organisational skills. Attention to detail is a must and independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
