Electrical Engineer

• Attend site meetings with consultants and main contractors on all matters project operation and coordination.
• Preparation, checking and submission of drawings, catalogues and calculations for the assigned project.
• Assist Project Manager in planning, programming and monitoring of construction works progress.
• Supervise and control project operations including cost re-estimates, manpower planning, and update project schedule.
• Submit, and review shop drawings, coordination drawings & progress claims
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality and progress.
• Inspection, Test & Commissioning with Consultants/Main con
• Co-ordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
• Monitor & co-ordinate the works sub-contractor

• Check installation in Electrical & ELV (Fire Alarm System, Public Sound, Door Access control, CCTV, MATV, Nurse Call) System
• Handling of technical and engineering problems
• Submit, and prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings & progress claims
• Responsible for the planning, coordinating, quality and timely completion of engineering drawings
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Track subcontractor resources daily and record accurately
• Monitoring and carrying out quality check on progressive completed
• Inspection, Test & Commissioning with Consultants/Main con

• Reviewing plans and tender specifications for preparing quantity requirements.
• Taking out the detail quantities of the high-rise building projects, items by items Price comparison and costing summary
• Prepare cost estimation, budget and control and to check sub-contractors' progress claim.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, material specifications, prepare and submit shop drawing, & other required documents
• Maintain project filing and perform other duties as assigned
