I m long time customer (Member:T219/5/08)I was told Clarke Quay outlet relocated ONE DAY b4 my facial apptm!SUPER SHOCKED!! When i re-signed my package in Apr'23 (I actually did checked (passed experience puzzle me)and counter ELLA told outlet here will not relocate.Soon i signed my package i regretted! cos counter service is so different from b4. NO call/sms to check my available date for apptm. I see NO effort to arrange schedule for customer!I wish to continue my facial service b'cos of your products n therapist nevertheless NO counter service made me hesitated.

I would like to give appraisal to your staff Janice at Tampines outlet. She is knowledgeable and responsible towards her customer. Give good advice without hard selling. Especially her hand massage on my face is marvelous. Never short cut the steps during the facial. I continue to sign another facial package partly becos of her. Keep it up.

They informed me that the outlet I always go to would be relocated to another area in less than a week. I was very shocked! the main reason I went to that outlet in the first place was because of its location... only within walking distance from where I stay. I have been their customer for years and I used to like their service!
I requested for a refund but they firmly told me NO REFUND policy. I told them I do not have RELOCATION policy either! They did not want to consider my reason at all!

Received numerous calls from them in a day. Called me 11 times in 3 days. Too haunting.

I wish to complaint on this beautehub in Eastpoint outlet.
Their Eastpoint outlet was opened only by 2nd day on 6 dec 2014 and I receive an invitation for their facial. Throughout their sloppy free facial treatment they keep persuading me to sign up their enchanted facial of sgd128. It was ok for me as they trying to advertise their service. The beautician was telling me this basic facial result only last Abt 2 weeks. After finishing their complimentary course they did not auto giving out free gift which is a electric face massager. When asked they mention out of stock and ask me collect 2 weeks later(which was what the beautician say basic facial last about two week).
It was rather ridiculous how can their store run out of stock on the 2nd day of opening. So obvious this could a marketing ploy to waste consumer time. Two weeks later you could be brainwash by them to sign their course. I could happily brought the facial massager on my own rather than listening to their gimmick marketing style. This kind of service standard is not acceptable.

With the area of expertise knowlege in the particular product as well as the instructions given specifically on how and when to use the product, i am very happy with the service provided, along with being attentive to little matters such as air con temperature..it was all great

I just went Beaute Hub for a trial. Very professional service and I could sense a strong commitment towards customer-centric.Great product knowledge and not pushy.Overall,I'm delighted with the service,ambience and patience with me.. Thumb up.
