This is the worst customer service I had encountered! For those who are thinking to buy from Groupon, HELL NO~ YOU WILL THANK ME FOR THAT! I fixed appointment 2 weeks before and when I reached their parkway outlet, I was told that the appointment is full! So what is the point of calling to fix my appointment? The counter staff still have the cheeks to blame us for not answering the call! Give us excuses like "OH, BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PICK UP OUR CALL, SO WE WILL TREAT IT AS NO SHOW"Cmon..Neither my friend or I got that MISSED CALL...so the staff suggested that IF we are willing to wait an hour or so...they can let us utilised half of the deal first...by doing massage and we come back again for facial next time. Who will be in the right state of mind to come back again?! Like SERIOUSLY?! So we agreed to fix another date..this time we told the staff NO NEED TO CALL TO CONFIRM just in case they say WE DID NOT ANSWER THE CALL...IT'S FIXED AND CONFIRMED my friend told them.

This time round THEY CALLED 1 DAY IN ADVANCE to confirm with my friend...Extra mile right?! No...They called to change timing with us. My friend insisted that we fixed at 3pm and we will come at 3 pm as they are closing at 6pm! My whole Groupon deal is for 3 hours and we want to settle once and for all...CASE CLOSED...

BUT...

2nd caller more "JIALAT" called up again after 10minutes...is there any way you can change your timing ? Actually you know...you not supposed to book for 2 person..-DANGZ-

Hey Hello...wake up your idea man! I paid 2 Groupon and the rules did not stated that I cannot utilised at the same time!

Totally give up on them...Now I am demanding a refund from Groupon. Since the company is so rich there is no need to advertise or give out flyers at shopping mall! I really pity their organization for employing such people BECAUSE YOUR FRONTLINERS IS SCARING YOUR CUSTOMERS AWAY!

Thumbs down! Bought a 3hr session deal from Groupon and I regret buying it. Very bad customer service. Their appointment is so disorganized. Called for appointment already but when I arrived in the spa,they say no record for the said appointment. The second time,they gave me a card to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, they say no record again. Was so frustrated. Waste of time and money. I had the voucher already but they keep on asking what is in the deal. Facial and massage is so so. Not worth it. On my third session, they say no more slot on weekends. I should be the one to adjust and book on weekdays. And my voucher is expiring in 3 weeks so ended up not able to use my third session.

Worse ever, never ever visit.

Bought a groupon deal: 3 hrs - 60-minute full body massage, 15-minute herbal moxibustion, 75-minute Power 10 facial, 15-minute eye treatment and 15-minute hand spa.

My appointment was set at 3.30pm and i was there slightly earlier. After providing my groupon deal, the staff there wasn't sure what the deal was, even though i had the deal voucher in front of them. After about 10 minutes I was asked to go to a room to change. After changing I had to wait another 10-15 minutes because they still did not know what to do with my package.

After some time the lady came in and told me that we will start with facial then massage. That's alright with me. She went out to prepare and while waiting I realised that the room was very very noisy as there was some renovation going on downstairs and I could hear the workers as if they were just outside the room (this shop was located on the 2nd storey). I didn't feel comfortable there so I asked to change room when the lady serving me was back.

By the time we changed rooms, and she prepared to start, it was past 4pm. The facial was so-so, it wasn't fantastic, but I was thinking, it's $45 with so much to offer, I shouldn't expect so much. However, throughout the facial the lady was trying to upsell me, and I got very irritated. I had some moles on my face (which never bothered me) but she kept pushing for me to have it removed. Wanted me to get some ampoule for me face, wanted me to do diamond peel. Time and again I said no. After some time she kept quiet, then started again by offering me a discount. I was already pissed off and again, I said no. So we carried on with the facial.

By the end of the facial, it was about 6pm. She told me, oh we have used up alot of time today, you have to come back for your massage another day. I was in shocked and insisted, no, I am finishing my treatment today and I will not come back just for a massage. She then carried on saying that I still had the hand spa and massage and herbal moxibustion to do. Again, I insisted that I will finish all of them on that day.

She then asked me to change back into my clothes so that I could do the hand spa, that got me a little confused because, aren't we doing the massage too? Turns out, she wanted me to change so that while I was doing my hand spa, I could sit outside and she would start rambling on about the packages, giving me 50% discount and so on. I am sure I said more than 10 times, no i am not taking up any package. The facial wasn't worth the price, the service wasn't great and I don't see why I should be paying for something I wasn't enjoying. She wanted me to take up a massage package, but I have yet to experience the massage, so why should i?

after about 20ish mins, I was brought into the first room to have my massage done. Massage started and she started trying to upsell me again. I told her firmly, I am not going to spend money today. She kept quiet but after some time, she started again. I was pissed off, wasn't enjoying my massage because it feels like she doesn't know how to massage at all. Felt like she was just touching and pressing into my muscles, not massage.

After the massage, I couldn't take it anymore. I didn't want to go through the herbal moxibustion. Wasn't sure what it was and I didn't want to risk it. The staff didn't say anything about it either. So I left.

By the time i left the shop, it was past 8pm. I reached at 330pm expecting a 3hr spa, but i was there for 5 hours. HORRIBLE!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I walked in because of a promotion they were introducing which consists of facial treatments but the moment i lie down to get the treatment, the attending person, started talking and offering me to get another treatment and to pay another $40 extra which i declined and i ended having a crap facial - which is not a treatment at all.
Will NEVER return to this place anymore.

horrrible experience,spa so dirty,i cannot relax during the spa and massage,dirty environment,unprofessional staff...they keep on going out of the room...long face steam...and very hot...not conducive environment,its a waste of money.needs a lot of improvement!

Is not a spa...is like hell.

The so called ah lian at the counter did not greet me when she see me....no customer service at all.

When step into massage room....the whole floor is covered w left over sea salt which is v unhygien....I was the first customer of the day...so u imagine how lazy and dirty the staff and place is.

Horrific to see a bowl of scrub left over on the table...so scare she will use on me...quickly told her to use a new scrub for but who knows.

Ask for shower cap....they dun hv. Ask for bigger paper panty. They dun hv.....wah lau....wat is this?

What a design. ...the treatment room is next to the toilet....half way through. .. Some one shitting...and damn it u can feel it.

Ask for hot blanket to turn...the ah lian told u have to pay money. ....lousy sevice.

Worse the toilet which is a shower room does not provide shower gel at all.....stingy right.

Come to facial .. worse, ,the room Was icy cool.

Facial procedure was a mess and unprofessional.
No double cleanse
Put u on steam for damn long when my skin is so sensitive
The therapist ask u what treatment u wan to do and not she recommend...faint.
She keep running in and out...giving service to me and another. ...piss off
Dunno how to do extraction at all....so painful
Dunno how to handle a simple machine like ultra sound.. these people are not trained and is a disgrace to the beauty market.
