As a gift, I received a voucher for 3 services from H2 Hub for $148.I made an appointment for a 40 min Foot Massage + 20 min Shoulder massage (this was listed as one of the services I could choose from).
1. When I arrived, there was NO record of my appointment (which had only been made the previous day). My designated masseuse who had called me the previous night to confirm the appointment, was not even there. I was told my masseuse was out picking up a client.
2. I decided to opt for the 60 min Full Body Massage. When I met the new masseuse, she told me I had to pay an additional $10 for the ginger massage oil. I told her that I received the voucher as a gift. I had not expected nor should have to pay for the oil. The manager became involved and once again I explained that the voucher had been a gift. The manager apologized but insisted that the company set the price for the oil. She said that some of the other services also had additional costs (ie: Foot Massage and Herbal Soak, Shoulder Massage, etc). I became very upset and pointed out that no where on the voucher does it indicate additional costs are necessary for the services. In the end, I went ahead and received the full body massage and paid $10 for the oil. I have received many body massages before and I am still dismayed and angry that H2 Hub tries to make a little extra money on a product that is inherent in the service.

The only positive: my full body massage was excellent. The masseuse really knew how to seek out all my tense muscles and knead them to relaxation.
