Bad Servicing
I don’t like the servicing of this photomatico, when I took a photo from the machine this afternoon, the machine wasn’t working really properly and the instructions WERE NOT very clear. So, this made me lose eight dollars. I made sure I followed the instructions CAREFULLY. What I would like your company to improve on is to reduce the fees of this photo taking process, and make sure you make this process easy for everyone. Also, maybe you should let the person taking the photo take a photo first, then pay the fee, as not everyone would like the photo. Hope you would accept my comments, and please don’t make this happen again, I’m really upset to lose my eight dollars, as it is my dinner money, and now I’m still starved, I need to head back home to get more money. This is really devastating.

Unfortunately I can't rate 0 star, so i selected 1 star!

I had a very bad FIRST experience using the booth at Clark Quay MRT station last week. First i called, a lady answered, i asked her if the stool is movable only when payment is made cos i saw my reflection way below the glass panel. She said yes stool will be adjustable after payment. After making payment, i still couldnt adjust the stool, i then supported my height for the glass panel by pressing by back against the metal panel behind me, obviously my angle for the photo is not good as i was not sitted. After my photo was printed, i called again to let the lady know i am not happy with the photo as the stool cannot be adjusted, this time she said i must press the seat harder, i didn't think of telling her i am 50kg, is that enough to push her stool up!? The instructions were turn left to go up, turn right to go down something like that, how come need to press harder i dont know!? I told her something may not be right with the stool but she said no there's nothing wrong, thank you and she hung up!!! I promised myself i will never use a Photomatico machine again.

Just now i saw a Photomatico machine at Clementi Interchange, when i sat down on the stool, I could see myself reflected on the glass panel. I am very sure the stool at Clark Quay was way lower than the one i saw at Clementi interchange just now. I hope the company will fix the lady as well as the stool at Clark Quay!! Lousy and expensive service!! Print quality is poor too!
